    1. Additional Info about this iconic show
1- Jim Paconni was a twenty one year old security guard that looked after the center of the stage at Pittsburgh on this date
The job was tough for this new recruit as he battled to keep the fans at bay from Elvis being attacked etc
      ....
At approximately 2:15 am after this show the president "Jimmy Carter" was on the phone to Elvis to congratulate him and the show
Larry Gellar - Elvis hairdresser and friend took the call and Elvis and Carter spoke for a few minutes on the phone
      .....
A few hours later Elvis and his group went to the airport to fly home

It was bitterly cold as the temperature dropped to near zero and the winds were 30mph

Elvis and the group huddled in the plane under blankets

The pilots couldn't take off and then there was a bomb threat taking place on this date (January 1st '77)
Papers were signed for authorization due to this as the planes rolled and took off

Thank God it was a fake threat and no one was hurt in any way

Elvis and his group were really scared and frightened
Enjoy the show and the info

    2. Additional Info about the Jumpsuit that's worn in this show
The white with Black Phoenix suit was originally a design with two zebras bowing
Elvis saw this design and remarked in the likes of "this bird has funny feet" as he looked at the sketch upside down on this event before he got to wear it at a fitting
You can still see the two zebras if you look at the picture if the suit upside down -lol
Elvis wore this suit the first time in 74 at various shows and in 1975 and '76 at Pittsburgh too as on this thread
      Enjoy the info
